Food Watch platform is created to facilitate data exchange between authorities, food businesses, service providers and consumers. The platform will connect all stakeholders, products, and processes through a unique and trusted digital network. When it reaches optimum utilization, Food Watch will facilitate workflow among parties and decrease transaction costs by reducing task duplication and recording required data on a single platform.
