Abattoirs Section
The Dubai Municipality Abattoirs Section is in charge of managing and operating Dubai’s abattoirs according to internationally-approved health conditions and standards. The abattoirs use the latest tools and equipment. They also provide Sharia-compliant livestock slaughtering services. This includes veterinary examination of livestock before slaughter, in addition to slaughter and carcasses preparation.
