Fees and Fines installments
According to the administrative decision number 424 of the year 2019 regarding the Installment of Dubai Municipality’s fees and fines, and an effort to provide the best services to our customers. You can now settle your fees and fines in installments through the available installment options on Dubai Municipality Website:
- Installment via Emirates NBD for a period of 12 months to pay settlement of all fees and fines (with 0% interest), provided that the due amount is AED 500 and above (steps attached).
- Installment via Emirates Islamic Bank for a period of 24 months to pay settlement of all fees and fines (with 0% interest), provided that the due amount is AED 500 and above (steps attached).
Please fill related form and send it via email to Installment@dm.gov.ae along with the following documents:
For Individuals:
1. Copy of the passport or Emirates ID (Property owner and tenants)
2. Copy of the tenancy contract (between Property owner and tenant)
3. Undertaking letter signed by the Property owner (sample letter)
4. Certified bank statement of the last 3 months (for tenant).
For Companies:
Note: In case of defaulting on any installment, the following measures are taken:
Payment plan is cancelled and the remaining balance is immediately due in full.
The possibility to settle fees and fines in installments is prohibited for two consecutive years from the default date.
