Project Objective:
Project distinguished to serve Al Barsha, as per the efforts from Dubai Government to provide the basic service buildings for citizens, and to provide attractive perfect social environment, contains all the modern services.
Project Elements:
The main building consists of basement floor, ground floor and two floors. The basement floor includes parking spaces. The ground floor contains the main entrance, a hall, a showroom, a multipurpose hall, a theater with a capacity of 100 people, men's and ladies' prayer rooms and electromechanical services. The first floor includes the classes for developing talents and hobbies (music, cooking, hand-made activities). The second floor includes a gym, gymnasium, two men's and ladies' swimming pools, an electronic games hall and administrative offices for the staff. General site work and infrastructure work, landscape work.
