Project Objective:
A unique project to serve the staff of Dubai Corporation for Ambulance Services, in which all the amenities and entertainment of the staff were taken into consideration. Two swimming pools with all their services (gym, sauna, steam room and changing rooms) were provided separately in both family accommodation and individuals’ accommodation, two outdoor playgrounds, outdoor green areas and a children's play area have been provided. The interior design of the apartments has been taken into account and the finest finishes of the interior spaces and corridors of the building have been carefully designed. The design of the facades of the project a modern and sophisticated style.
Project Elements:
The projects consists of residential complex (5 buildings with a height of (G+3 floors), 2 buildings for families accommodation and Three residential buildings for individuals accommodation, 45 total nos. for families accommodation and 284 units for individuals accommodation. Two playgrounds for staff. General site work and infrastructure work, landscape works.
