Guidelines subject to the provisions of Violation No. 39 (violation of the directives and instructions issued by the competent department):
Hawkers are not allowed in the market
Posters and advertisements for the sale of vehicles are not allowed, except for licensed entities
Sale, storage and entry of trucks, heavy machinery and fishing boats is not allowed in the market
Parking cars is not allowed at night in the public parking.
Guideline subject to the provisions of Violation No. 25 (display and sales of cars in areas other than those designated for that purpose):
Sale of vehicles in areas not designated for this purpose is not allowed.
Binding Guidelines:
Purchasing vehicles from hawkers is not allowed.
